We welcome Loudoun County businesses who wish to participate in this event to promote their business and provide families of Loudoun a fantastic experience! This is different than an expo style event as attendees will stay in their cars and drive past your display. For that reason, the following requirements will apply:
- Your display must be an experience, either visual or performance based. That means a large visual display like a backdrop or decorated tent that would be exciting to view as attendees pass. This event is intended for families with young children so displays and performances must not be scary in nature. - Your display may also be interactive in that the attendees may be viewing a performance as they pass. - You will be provided with a space of 20x20 feet and you must provide all tents, tables, chairs, etc. needed for your display - You will be required to provide 100 pieces to put into swag bags for the first 100 attendees. This may include promotional material but must include something other than a printed brochure/coupon. - You must agree to assist with promotion of the event via social media channels and any general interest mailing lists for your business.
The cost to participate is $100 per 10x20 space and includes: - Promotion of your business on the landing page for the event - 100 Full color printed swag bags containing your materials given to the first cars through the event - Promotion of your business on the social media event page - Promotion of your business on the follow up web page where attendees will download digital images from the parade as well as claim special offers from participating vendors
